Increase the market share of breakfast cereals in the Middle-East

Breakfast cereals are not traditionally part of local breakfast - Sampling is the obvious choice for new foodstuff
Solution:
We improved on traditional sampling by developing enhanced and consistent sampling programmes and training trainers
Results:
Cereals moved from less than 2% to more than 7% in 3 years
